Consignment Security Declaration (CSD) provides Inviticus Ltd and regulators and owners of the consignment with an audit trail of how, when and by whom cargo has been secured, shipped, received or a located for Safe Keeping

This helps us by ensuring that each consignment received by an aircraft operator or a regulated agent comes with documentation, either on the e-Air Waybill or on a separate declaration.

To avoid a plethora of different security declarations, Inviticus developed a standard CSD in cooperation with customs and airport Marshalls.

The e-CSD allows us to exchange and archive security information electronically to warrant that only secure cargo is shipped and if precious cargo it is well monitored and tracked

As much as it is only an Alpha Numeric Secret code it keeps track of the consignment in real time. The code is embedded to computer chips that we can monitor

The QR Code (Inviticus ‘QUICK RESPONSE CODE’

Once any cargo or consignment is received, The contents undergo X-Ray Security Scanner for Baggage, Luggage and Cargo Inspection. Once the contents are X-Rayed the image is encoded to a Tracking number that can only be verified by scanning our Special QR Code using your own phone
